Quarantine Management Information
for Overseas Entrants

● Starting from April 1, 2022, vaccinated travellers who have completed vaccination overseas and have registered their vaccination history through the Quarantine COVID19 Defence (Q-Code) system before traveling to Korea will be eligible for quarantine exemption.
* Before entering the country, confirmation of negative PCR result*, certificate of vaccination, confirmation of quarantine exemption, and health condition should be entered in Q-CODE.
* The PCR test must have been taken within the 48 hours prior to departure.
● Vaccination is considered to be complete 14 days after the 2nd shot for a two-dose vaccine (valid up to 180 days). In addition, vaccination is considered complete and remains valid indefinitely following booster shots.
● In addition, the use of the quarantine transportation network (self-driving cars, quarantine taxis, KTX) after entering the country will be suspended from April 1, and all entrants will be able to use public transportation.

Entry without quarantine is possible for layovers who transiting through countries that excluded from quarantine exemption, unless you stayed or entered from the very countries(personal identification required).
